I took some time off from blog posting... as I have been going through a whole lot of nonsense in my life. When it rains, it pours... and I'm not quite sure if I should let all that pour into my blog. The nonsense seems to be clearing up a little bit. I'm trying to keep my head up. I am quite thankful for that. I don't know if I will win anything or not, but I will just cross my fingers and hope I bring home something. I will admit- I was a little upset I was not nominated for best anal scene. Of all the scenes I have done in the past year- only 3 scenes were not anal, and two out of those three were the ones nominated. Ha! Is this a sign? Should I stop putting things in my ass? Joanna Angel and James Deen's European Vacation I'm so glad this was nominated. You see- most people think "gonzo porn" is porn that involves big fancy houses in LA, green fishnet dresses, and long strip teases. I don't know why! People think "gonzo porn" means "porn without a plot". It actually means when the person behind the camera is involved as a character- like gonzo journalism. Get it? This movie was really raw and rough- me and James kinda ran around Paris and shot stuff all over the place. It is more like early gonzo- made by John Stagliano or Rocco Siffredi. I am pretty sure this movie won't win, but I'm glad that AVN at least acknowledged this movie as a gonzo movie. Sorry if I just sounded like a big porno nerd or something.
